I’ve been approached many times by fashion designers, usually in the midst of starting their own collection, looking to hire me to design their upcoming fashion brands.
I’m currently working on a brand identity design project for a local real estate agent, which I’m not yet authorised to reveal, but I’ll be posting it on my portfolio soon. Meanwhile, I thought it would be interesting to share part of my research, many of my readers are from outside of the UK and have probably never seen this logos. Of course there are hundreds of estate agents here in UK, so I selected only the ones with the strongest brands for this list.

So, in order to solve my own ‘problem’, I create @logostorm, where I combined the feed of these logo design galleries in just one twitter stream. Perhaps I should call it the one feed to bring them all. Logos, not rings, of course. 🙂

A role that I usually have play when dealing with potential clients is that of the educator. Clients don’t always know what exactly they need and one particular issue which I’m always addressing is the differences between logo design and brand identity design. For that reason, I’m very glad to stumble on this video!
I find myself constantly visiting logo design galleries for inspiration, so I decided to put this article up to help myself. I’m not listing all the logo galleries of the web, but only the ones I find to have the best type of work.
I’ve stumbled on this amazing set of vintage logos on Flickr. The pages were extracted from the World of Logotypes book, which is out of print and used copies are very rare, on Amazon this used copy is for $239.
With the London 2012 Olympic Games as inspiration I thought of putting together a list with all the Olympic Games logos ever designed, and here they are!
